SUPER TACOS

We talked about a handful of stuff for dinner last night, but somehow decided on fish tacos. I can't remember all of the other ideas, but I think stir fry might have been in there. It doesn't matter, but I'm just saying. We very nearly didn't go with a delicious dinner idea.

We hit Fish Tales on the way home and grabbed a few veggies from Pacific Green and we were on our way to fish taco heaven:
- cod fillets
- miso
- salt
- serrano peppers
- salsa
- sour cream
- avocado
- flour tortilla

We served the whole thing up with some grilled corn on the cob. Awesome. I'm not sure why these were so awesome but they really were. Pretty simple ingredients with some simple additions spelled culinary bliss for us last night.
