CRABBY BREAKFAST

Meena was still at her girl's super deluxe party so I had some breakfast by myself. I had one crab cake left over from last night so I figured I'd just do something super simple and heat it with some egg and simple ingredients.

So I had:
- crab cake
- spinach
- whole-grain flat bread
- tomato sauce
- egg
- salt
- black pepper
- paprika
- fire-roasted poblano

Not much to it but it was delicious. Meena came home even earlier than I thought she would so we had a bunch of time to run over to Park Slope and complete the errands we needed to run.

It's a sunny, wonderful Sunday. Indiana got smoked by Michigan State, but other than that ... great day thus far!
