FOODZ WITH A FRIEND

Last night we had our friend Nicco over for some tapas, pizzettas, wine and excellent conversation. We hadn't had a night like this with Nicco for a minute so it was every bit as much fun as we had expected it to be.

Meena got us started with some delicious stuffed mushrooms:
- garlic
- onion
- mushrooms
- cream cheese
- soy sauce
- worcestershire sauce
- spinach
- panko

As you can see, we made a ton of pizzettas. The ingredients, however, weren't all that diverse. We kept it pretty simple with:
- flour tortillas
- barbecue sauce
- balsamic reduction
- tomato sauce
- black forest ham
- corned beef
- homemade pesto
- parmesan
- white onion
- salt
- pepper

And we finished everything off with a little hazelnut gelato with some chocolate chip cookies Meena baked.

Everything was fantastic! Lots of good food and wine and tons of Nicco!
