Ah the Cube. This has always been one of our favorites and it probably always will be. I never remember to take photos so I always end up jacking a few from flickr or their own site. I nabbed that volcano roll shot from their page. Looks delicious, doesn't it?
We've also found the trick to having a great time at Cube 63 without a rezzie - go early. No big revelation there, but it's nice to get in and out without any real trouble and have the place to yourself for at least 15 minutes.
So in addition to a nice chardonnay from De Vino, Meena had:
- shrimp shumai
- volcano roll
- spicy tuna roll
And Alec had:
- miso soup
- salmon and avocado roll
- yellowtail and scallion roll
The wait staff (who are notoriously bitter and angry whenever you even look their way) were super nice and the food was fantastic. It's always that way.
