USE WHAT YOU GOT



We had a couple items hanging around the house yesterday morning so we figured we'd whip up a good old-fashioned garbage breakfast. I had to run out and grab a couple eggs from the place on 4th, but other that that, we were just using up the remnants from dinners past.

The little scramble included:
- egg
- chorizo
- swiss
- dijon mustard
- milk
- salt
- black pepper
- field greens
- tomato

And that little salad we threw together had:
- pecorino
- tomato
- field greens
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- sambal oelek
- proscuitto

Not a bad way to start the day if I do say so myself.
