Dan came by for dinner last night and we made a little garbage pasta for him. One of the only really edible things I made in college was a little pasta with lemon and ham. I'm not sure why, but I just had a craving for it yesterday.
It's super simple and includes:
- lemon
- spinach
- angel hair
- garlic
- ham
- tomato sauce
- parmesan
- red pepper flakes
I was a little hurried when I was cooking (surprise, I got home late!), but I think it came out right. Dan and Meena seemed to enjoy it.
Tonight I plan to come home early and really cook!

i think that this kind of pasta is often the way most of us cook - including the italians... i'm sure it was really good!
