Meena decided to sleep in a little later on Sunday so I woke up and messed around the house for a minute before getting going on some really quick breakfast. Nothing big, but just a little bite to get us started right.
I started with a little challah on the grill and then moved into:
- sea salt
- black pepper
- olive oil
And then made a quick little sauce:
- red curry paste
- skim milk
- soy sauce
And folks, that was it. Topped off my egg with some sauce and packed it into that toasted challah. Delicious.
